Organized jointly by the North Zone Cultural Centre, Patiala, Ministry of Culture, Govt of India and the Jammu & Kashmir Academy of Art, Culture and Languages,
Sh. Pirzada Farooq Ahmad Shah, MLA Gulmarg, graced the occasion as the Chief Guest, while Sh. Brij Mohan Sharma, Principal Secretary Culture, Govt of J&K attended as the Guest of Honour.
