Ist Day of Kathak Dance Festival, Chandigarh organised by NZCC in collaboration with CSNA. Ms.Nalini Singhal, Regional Director ICCR was Chief Guest on this occasion. Prof. Saubhagya Vardhan, Director NZCC and Sh.Kamal Arora, chairman, CSNA was also present.
