NZCC organised State level Holi Mahotsav at Palampur, Himachal Pradesh. Renowned singer Shankar Shawney mesmerized the audience on day 3 of the mela. Artists of J&K and Punjab also participated in mela. Prof. Saubhagya Vardhan, Director NZCC was Guest of Honour on 01st March, 2018.
