AUCTION NOTICE (FOR JHULAS/JOY RIDES)
North Zone Cultural Centre in collaboration with U.T. Administration, Chandigarh is organizing ‘7th Chandigarh National Crafts Mela’ from January 22 to 31, 2016 at Kalagram, Manimajra, Chandigarh. THEME of Mela ‘North to North East (Kashmir to Kohima)’.
Applications are invited from reputed Persons/Firms/agencies having sufficient working experience with National shows with proven track record for setting up of Jhulas/Joy Rides of different styles.
Interested parties are required to submit the details of their credentials along with proof and earnest money in the shape of bank demand draft of Rs.50,000/- (Rs. Fifty thousand only) drawn on any scheduled bank in favour of Director, North Zone Cultural Centre payable at Patiala by January 15, 2016 upto 4.00 pm in the office of the undersigned at Kalagram, Manimajra, Chandigarh. Only eligible/short listed persons/firms will participate in the open auction at 4.30 pm on the same date. The job will be allotted to highest bidder. Necessary clearances from the concerned authorities of the U.T. Chandigarh shall be the responsibility of the bidder/person/firm. Terms and conditions of the payment will be settled mutually. Undersigned reserves the right to reject all or any tender without assigning any reason.
