North Zone Cultural Centre is organising a spectacular programme for the Government of Punjab in connection with the inauguration of Fateh-e-Minar, Chappar Chidi, SAS Nagar Mohali on Fateh Diwas on November 30, 2011.
Sealed tenders are invited for hiring of Sound system; kanpati blasters; flower showering machines; and fire works for the said event from reputed firms/agencies having working experience with National shows with proven track record; complete technical knowledge and capable of managing the affairs successfully. Period for use and requirement of sound equipment, kanpati blasters, flower showering machines, fire works etc. is subject to some variations without any extra cost. The sound equipment, kanpati blasters, flower showering machines, fire works etc. complete in all respects should be ready at Chappar Chidi, SAS Nagar Mohali by 09.00 am on November 29, 2011.
The tenders should reach the office of undersigned at KALAGRAM, Manimajra, U.T. Chandigarh alongwith earnest money in the shape of bank demand draft of Rs.10,000/- (Rs.Ten thousand only) drawn on any scheduled bank in favour of Director, North Zone Cultural Centre payable at Chandigarh by November 28, 2011 upto 11:00 am which will be opened on the same day at 12:00 noon in the presence of tenderers or their authorized representatives who may like to be present. Undersigned reserves the right to reject all or any tender without assigning any reason.
Sound: - Complete sound system of 30,000 Watt output with amplifiers, 12 Tops; 4 Track mixers; 4 Nos. cordless microphones; CD Mark-II 1000.
Gen-Set: - Two silent Gen-sets 62 KVA each.
Kanpati blasters/ Smoke machines to emit coloured smoke:- Approx. 200 Kanpati blasters to shower luminous artificial paper petals on a grand scale from the tower and/or smoke machines to emit smoke in bright colours.
Fire Works:- Fire works (400 air shots) appropriate for the occasion to create a warlike ambience.
Flower Showering Machines:- 10 number of flower showering machines to shower flowers from the Victory Tower.
Note: The rates for each of the item mentioned above must be stated in clear terms without scope of any ambiguity. Prospective bidders are advised to visit the Fateh Minar and see the three levels of Fateh Burj/ Victory Tower for installation of kanpati blasters/smoke machines/ flower showering machines etc. etc. The aforesaid items shall be installed as per the directions of the Production Consultant/ Show Director of the NZCC.

North Zone Cultural Centre in collaboration with Chandigarh Administration is organizing ‘3rd Chandigarh National Crafts Mela’ at Kalagram, Chandigarh from October 8 to 17, 2011. THEME of Mela ‘THE COLOURS AND SOUNDS OF SOUTH INDIA’.
Sealed tenders are invited from reputed Caterers/Firms/agencies having sufficient working experience with National shows with proven track record, for about 400 artistes at Kalagram, Chandigarh from 05/10/2011 to 18/10/2011 as per menu and requirement given below. The number of persons and number of days can vary to some extent.
FOOD: Bed Tea & Breakfast : Tea + Aloo Bhazi + Poories + Fruit/Tea + Sandwitch veg. + Jam Slice + Fruit/Tea + Chana + Bhatura + Fruit/Milk + Pinni + Bread Butter/Bread Jam + Fruit
Lunch & Evening Tea : Basmati Rice + Roti + Dal + Seasonal Vegetable + Salad + Raita + Pickle
Dinner : Roti + Basmati Rice + Dal + Seasonal Vegetable + Salad + Pickle + Raita + Sweet Dish, i.e. Kheer/Custered/Halwa + Non-veg (chicken/mutton/fish)/Paneer Dish (for vegetarians)

Chandigarh alongwith earnest money in the shape of bank demand draft of Rs.25,000/- (Rs.Twenty five thousand only) drawn on any scheduled bank in favour of Director, North Zone Cultural Centre payable at Patiala alongwith documentary proof in support of their working experience and xerox copies of Income Tax return for the last 3 years, VAT/Service Tax Registration number etc. by October 3, 2011 upto 1:00 pm which will be opened on the same day at 03:00 p.m in the presence of tenderers or their authorized representatives who may like to be present. North Zone Cultural Centre in collaboration with Chandigarh Administration is organizing ‘3rd Chandigarh National Crafts Mela’ at Kalagram, Chandigarh from October 8 to 17, 2011. THEME of Mela ‘THE COLOURS AND SOUNDS OF SOUTH INDIA’.
Applications are invited for setting up food stalls of different cuisines by famous restaurants/eateries and other traditional and regional food joints like Punjabi, Rajasthani, Kashmiri, South Indian or any other famous Indian/ local cuisine. At least three stalls will be reserved for South Indian cuisine.
1. Limited stalls are available.
2. Participation fee will be Rs.25,000/- in the name of ‘Director, North Zone Cultural Centre’ payable at Chandigarh.
3. Taxes as applicable are to be paid on sales, as per rules.
Parties are required to submit the details of their specialties along with the menus and the item-wise rates to be charged from the consumers. Interested parties should apply by October 4, 2011 upto 3.00 pm in the office of the undersigned at Kalagram, Manimajra, Chandigarh.

Sealed tenders are invited for hiring of stage for the said event from reputed firms/agencies having working experience with National shows with proven track record; complete technical knowledge of stage performances and capable of managing the affairs successfully. Period for use and requirement of equipment and stage etc. is subject to some variations without any extra cost.
